As we discussed in class, I’ve gone through the Role Transitional Model. is when I started to play sports at a very young age. In organized leagues I’ve skated, played soccer, played basketball and played baseball. Re-socialization, I was able to transfer my skills in the sports above to each other. De-socialization, unfortunately, happened a few times where I was out on the sidelines with usually an ankle sprain or wrist sprain. Fortunately, I never had a very serious injury and have to go through adverse socialization.Nowadays it is recognized that playing sports is an excellent exercise, which make sure a large variety of advantages. Playing sports decrease the sugar in the blood, blood cholesterol, the chances of hypertension, and other stress disorders. The people who play sports regularly can remove depression, anxiety and other psychological disorders then others who do not play. So, Sports do not just involve your physical health, but have a positive effect on your mental health. The activities you obtain from playing sports liberate endorphins, or neurotransmitters in the brain that diminish pain and can provoke a feeling of euphoria.
Sports also increase self-control and self-awareness, and can help resolve things to teach your body in your and exploit the best features of the body, and perhaps to lose weight and get in shape. During sports activities we can build teamwork and personal interaction .It is helped us to reduce social anxiety and interpersonal problems.twisting sports can make a significant contribution to the welfare of the people make in developing countries like Bangladesh. sport, exercise, physical activity have long in the care and treatment of non-communicable and communicable disease been applied. sport or physical activity of individuals is an effective means of disease prevention and it can improve the most successful way to ensure the health of the population.
